Our worries remain in our minds and when we bow our heads in front of the house of God, those worries fall from our mind and reach the feet of God and we become free from the burden of worries. Apart from this, before ringing the bell in the temple, all the devotees bow their heads at its entrance or on the stairs. Religious places or temples where the sound of bells is heard every day, such temples are called Jagrut Dev Sthan or Jagrut Mandir.
By ringing the bell at such places or the entrance of such temples, one gets the immense grace of God. We do the same process even after worshiping in the places of worship in our homes i.e. temples. Do not consider it just a superstition or belief. Rather it is a scientifically and spiritually proven process and has been going on since ancient times and every devotee has been following it.

Apart from this, before ringing the bell in the temple, all the devotees bow their heads at its entrance or on the stairs. While worshiping, one should never bow down to God with one hand. Because by doing this a person has to face many troubles. Therefore, God should always be bowed down with both hands folded.
Apart from this, it is told in the scriptures that one should always bow down to his father and elder brother and bow down to his mother. Always keep the mind pure while worshiping. It is said that keeping bad thoughts in the mind during worship does not give the fruits of worship. Before worshiping, always take a resolution first and then start worship. Be it a woman or a man, both should worship with their heads covered. While worshiping, keep your face in either the east or north direction. At the same time, the bell, incense, and lamp should be kept on the right hand during worship.
